George Kacic Departs Ganz
GDA Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 12/19/2011 1:17:15 PM
Cheektowaga NY and Woodbridge, ON - After a 20-year run, George Kacic, vice-president of sales and marketing, is moving on from major gift vendor Ganz, known for its Webkinz brand. "It's been a great 20 years here at Ganz. I have met a lot of amazing people along the way. And it's safe to say, nobody has had more fun than me," Kacic acknowledges.
Kacic plans to take some well deserved time off before exploring new challenges and opportunities. "As most of you know," he says, "I have been known to take on new challenges once I have accomplished my goals."

George Kacic is an evil man.... Just stay retired...
You destroyed many businesses and treated your sales staff like crap!!
Your greed destroyed a great family business!!

Years ago I left Splash to work with Ganz. After 6 months with Ganz, Alan Greenberg, the owner at the time of Splash enticed me to come back. When Alan would see George at shows he thanked him for the amazing training I got at "Ganz U" and took back to Splash.
I am now the owner of Splash and I credit the intensive training I received from George and the rest of his crew for giving me the necessary tools to run a large rep group. The cold calling techniques I learned are ones I instill in my reps.
Thank you George!

Posting nasty comments is so cowardly - I'm sure George would rather you say it to his face. I worked for him for several years at Ganz. I didn't always agree with him but he has a big heart and I have a lot of respect for him. He never asks anything of anyone that he hasn't done himself- right down to taking out the trash which I saw him do many times during shows. Best of luck to George - "you haven't opened your best account yet!"
