The Busbys Join Learning Resources to Help with Hurricane Relief
October 11, 2017,
HOUSTON-- Houston locals Danielle and Adam Busby of TLC’s show OutDaughtered joined with educational toy company Learning Resources to donate $75,000 worth of toys and games to families recovering from Hurricane Harvey.
Houston-area locals Danielle and Adam Busby, parents of the only all-female quintuplets in the country, are best known for their appearance on TLC's reality series OutDaughtered. This fall, The Busbys partnered with educational toy company Learning Resources to show parents easy and fun ways to help their kids learn through play every day. Shortly after the partnership began, Hurricane Harvey hit, and it became clear to the Busbys and Learning Resources that there was a real need and opportunity to leverage their partnership to help Houston-area families.
Kids have missed a lot of school due to Harvey, and Learning Resources hopes that these toys and games will not just bring happiness and smiles to kids’ faces, but also help them learn.
