Ganz Acquires Bag Co.

Cheektowaga NY - Major gift vendor Ganz purchased fashion accessories company Beyond A Bag. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Beyond A Bag was founded by inventor and former flight attendant Wendy Knecht with the goal of creating multi-use bags with style. Her water-resistant offerings include a shoulder bag that converts to a backpack, waist pack to a duffle and backpack to a pet carrier. The line has established sales through both TV and retail boutiques.
