CSS Industries Q3 Sales Drop

Philadelphia, PA - Giftwrap and stationery vendor CSS Industries reported decreased sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2012. Sales fell 2.9 percent to $129,240,000, primarily driven by lower sales of Christmas cards. This was partially offset by higher sales of all occasion products.

CSS also declared a quarterly dividend of fifteen cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on March 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1.
