Record Funds Raised at Party for Life

Gift for Life's Party for Life event raised $208,000. The 20th annual fundraiser was held on Sunday, January 29, at theFrom left: Todd and Jannetta Litzman, Peter Schauben, John C. Portman, Jr., Jenny Hammons and George Kacic Central Park Boathouse, during the New York International Gift Fair.

Jenny Hammons, owner of sales organization Jenny Hammons/Company, received the Bert Tonkin Gift of Giving Award. Brandwise and its founders Todd and Jannetta Litzman received the Trailblazer Award. The Chuck Yancy Lifetime Achievement Award went to George Kacic and John C. Portman, Jr., received the Legend for Life honor.

"To date we have raised nearly $5 million for HIV/AIDS research and assistance through the generous help of sponsors and party attendees," said Leslie Nathan-Street, Gift for Life chairperson.
