OneCoast Posts Record January Sales

Show, road and e-commerce post all-time high numbers

GDA Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 2/10/2012 5:09:14 PM

Pittsburgh, PA - OneCoast, a national manufacturers' marketing and sale rep organization, reported record breaking January sales for its show, road and e-commerce sales. OneCoast saw an increase in overall show sales in excess of 35 percent over last year through its showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas, with each market showing substantial increases.

The company has also reported an increase in customer traffic to its showrooms over last year with a significant increase in the number of Northeast retailers shopping the Atlanta market, due in part to OneCoast not exhibiting at the New York International Gift Fair.

"Multiple factors contributed to our growth this month," says Nora Chapman, Vice President of Sales. "Significant category introductions and line expansions by existing vendors Mud Pie, C.R. Gibson, Lindsay Phillips and Legacy and the addition of our two new lines Natural Life and Patience Brewster were very well received by our retailers."

Road sales were also up in excess of 30 percent over last year and a strong growth in January's e-commerce sales with a 45percent sales increase over last year. OneCoast's week-long eShow, a key sales driver for January, contributed more than 35 percent of the month's e-commerce sales and site traffic was up significantly.
