GDA/Playthings Draws Winning Name of Toy Fair Gift Basket

GDA Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 2/16/2012 12:55:15 PM

Douglas Toys gift basketNew York -The winner of the Gifts and Decorative Accessories/Playthings gift basket of plush toys from Douglas Toys was drawn at random by Gifts and Decorative Accessories' editorial director Warren Shoulberg at the conclusion of the American International Toy Fair. The winner is Christine Osborne of Wonder Works, Charleston, SC.

When notified of her win, Osborne enthused, " I am so excited! I will have to think of some really great way to donate it ... perhaps as a part of our WonderFest event this year. The Douglas Sassy Pet Saks are among our best sellers."

Osborne owns three Wonder Works stores and is very involved in supporting her community through charitable fundraising events for both local and national causes.

The basket contained a selection of products from the Douglas line including Sassy Pet Saks, Sillo Purses, Fuzzles and various animal plush. Toy Fair attendees who visited the Gifts and Decorative Accessories/Playthings booth at the fair dropped off their business cards for a chance to win the basket.
