International Playthings Recalls Tumblekins Toys

Toys recalled due to choking and laceration hazards

Intl. Playthings Tumbelkins Washington, DC and Parsippany, NJ - International Playthings, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is voluntarily recalling all Tumblekins toy vehicles and playsets, including the farm playset, fire station, police car, roadster, off-roader, fire truck and school bus. The wooden toys can break into small pieces with sharp points, posing choking and lacerations hazards to children. International Playthings has received one report of a toy breaking into small pieces, but no injuries have been reported. "Tumblekins," "Made in China" and manufacturing code "171111461502" or "346101461502" are printed on the toys that were sold from March 2011 through December 2011 for between $14 and $35. The recalled toys should be taken away from children immediately and removed from store shelves. Contact International Playthings to receive free replacements.
