Road Runners Expands to TOLA Region

Opening Showroom in Dallas

GDA Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 11/2/2012 4:53:24 PM

BELLMORE, NY - Sales agency Road Runners LLC has expanded and, as of November 1, will begin representing lines in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico previously represented by Howard Gardiner Inc. Howard Gardiner company principal, Judy Gardiner, will stay on board with Road Runners to assist in the transition.

In conjunction with this expansion, Road Runners will open a new 5,000 sq. ft. showroom at the Dallas Market Center. The new showroom will be located on the first floor of the Dallas Trade Mart in the space formerly occupied by Howard Gardiner. The new showroom will debut during the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market in January 2013, and feature such lines as Peter Pauper, Up with Paper, Gourmet du Village and many others.

Road Runners principals Noel Weintraub and Rich Gilbert see this expansion as a way to further develop their business and explore new markets. Says Weintraub, "We are very excited to have this opportunity to expand to the TOLA region and overjoyed that Judy Gardiner has chosen to stay on with us to assist in this expansion. Judy brings many years of experience, she knows the region and is esteemed by retailers and vendors alike. We are truly fortunate to have her guide us during the transition."

Road Runners operates in the New York/New Jersey, New England, Southeast and Southwest regions, with showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas, Maine and Connecticut.
