Atlanta

Area rugs and home accessories manufacturer, Surya, will move to a new 13,500-sq.-ft. showroom in Atlanta's Americasmart complex. Located at 11-A-1, the new showroom will double the brand's square footage at the market. The new space will be open in time for the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, Jan. 9-16.

The Atlanta move follows the company's spring 2012 move into a new 26,000-sq.-ft. High Point flagship location at Showplace 4100, as well as expansion into smaller regional shows such as the Tupelo Furniture Market. Surya's collection includes pillows, throws, poufs and wall art to coordinate with the brand's expansive line of area rugs.

Propac Images and Paragon, two wall art companies, signed leases to establish side-by-side flagship showrooms on Floor 12, Building 1 of AmericasMart Atlanta. The showrooms will be newly constructed and ready for the Atlanta market.

Audrey's Your Hearts Delights will open a corporate showroom at the Atlanta Merchandise Mart January 2013. Their new 2,500-square-foot showroom will be in the Gift building #2 on the 6th floor showroom # 655-657.

Audrey's, which started in 1980 as a retailer, is now a wholesaler of primitive and country merchandise. The new shoroow will contain more than 4,000 SKUs.

Dallas

SFERRA will open a showroom at Dallas Market Center, World Trade Center, 6-6290. The showroom will debut during the upcoming Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, Jan. 16-22. Since 1891, SFERRA is known for its luxury, quality and fine detailing of its bed, bath and table linens. The company specializes in specializes in bed linens woven by master craftsmen in Italy using only the finest long-staple Egyptian cotton.

Dallas Market Center and Season's Direct Imports, a custom home décor wholesaler, will debut Season's Garden, a new division of Season's Direct. Season's Garden will open for the upcoming Dallas market. The Dallas showroom will be the only location in the U.S.

Season's Garden will be located in the International Trade Plaza (The Plaza) 1-1F116 with an assortment of containers including ceramic, wood, wicker and tin. The new showroom will also offer glass, vases, fountains, trees, tabletop and Christmas products.

Arteriors is opening its first lighting showroom in Dallas at the International Lighting Market on January 17, coinciding with the International Lighting Market. The 1,200 square foot space, #301-3, will showcase 300 lamps, pendants, chandeliers, as well as Mottega by Arteriors, a customizable lamp program.
The new Arteriors space will feature a curated selection from the Arteriors assortment, including new introductions and pieces from collaborations with designers Barry Dixon, Laura Kirar, and Lisa Luby Ryan.

Las Vegas

Burton + Burton is opening a permanent showroom at the Las Vegas Market, giving the balloon and holiday wholesalers four showrooms around the U.S. in Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, as well as its home office in Bogart, GA.

The new Vegas showroom is 10,000 sq. ft. and is in Building C, Showroom #C852/C844. The company will exhibit at the upcoming Winter Las Vegas Market Jan. 28-Feb. 1, 2013.

Makers of occasional and casual dining furniture, Steve Silver Co., is exhibiting in a permanent 9,828-square-foot showroom at the winter Las Vegas Market. Steve Silver will show in space A-1016 at the Las Vegas Market. The company had been showing in a temporary space that was about 5,000 square feet in Building C; the new showroom doubles its space.
