Transpac Extends Licensing Agreement with Noelle

Transpac Imports has extended its licensing agreement with Noelle Enterprises to manufacture, sell and distribute Noelle's designs worldwide. Transpac will introduce more than 40 new Noelle-designed products, including many new items in the Kissing Krystal collection. "Noelle's founder, Deb Groh, and her design team have developed fabulous designs that work perfectly for our customers in the gift, card, garden center, and seasonal accounts. Her designs give our collection an entirely different dimension in both the gift category and fashion accessories. We're thrilled to be able to continue sell these great products in 2013," said Transpac CEO Douglas Lauer.

Gallerie II is introducing a collection of Christmas figures, ornaments and wall décor depicting the Holy Family designed by folk artist Teresa Kogut. The collection is rendered in rich colors and naïve, delicate features reminiscent of early Renaissance art. The collection includes a Mary, Joseph and Baby figure standing 11½", also available in a 4¾" ornament, one angel wall plaque, an angel figure and ornament. A Madonna and Child are available in wall plaque and ornament. Items in the collection range from $8-$40.

Sun-Mate and "The Jungle Book"

Sun-Mate Corporation, the global toy manufacturer and the appointed master global toy partner for the new 3D, CGI international animated TV series "The Jungle Book," is expanding its network of worldwide partners with the announcement of a slate of toy distributor agreements for "The Jungle Book" brand in key global territories.

Sun-Mate has confirmed five new international distributor agreements. New partners include: Hunter Leisure, Australia; Flash Toys in Latin America; Haka, New Zealand; Prima Toys in South Africa; and MC Entertainment for Benelux. Sun-Mate will provide marketing support to each company, providing a state-of-the-art TV advertising campaign and promotional spots produced by Sun-Mate.

Evolution and Miramax

Evolution, a premier global brand management firm, has been selected to serve as the global merchandise licensing agent for the Miramax portfolio of properties, which features more than 700 modern classic film titles.

Key titles under the agreement include legendary cult classics Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2, Swingers, Clerks and Jackie Brown, as well as Bad Santa, Chicago, Gangs of New York and the Scream, Scary Movie and Hellraiser horror franchises.
