Alessi Wins Four Good Design Awards

CHICAGO-Four of Alessi's designs have been awarded Good Design Awards. Ape Aperitif Set by Giulio Iaccheti; Ape Aperitif Set by Giulio IacchetiFloating Earth Tray by Ma Yan Song; Ming Tray by Zhang Ke from the (Un)forbidden City collection and Lumiere table lamp with Flame and Abatjour LED bulbs designed by Giovanni Alessi Anghini and Gabriele Chavie for the AlessiLux collection took the honors.

"Alessi is honored to be recognized with four 2012 Good Design Awards. We would like to thank the designers for such exciting and original projects and the Chicago Athenaeum for recognizing the creativity and innovative spirit of Alessi," said Paolo Cravedi, managing director of Alessi USA.

The Good Design Awards, now in its 62nd year, are conferred annually by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design together with The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
