Licensing Expo Expands Floor; New Layout

LOS ANGELES—The June Licensing Expo will boast an expanded show floor and a new layout featuring four key areas: Art and Design, Characters and Entertainment, Agents and Brands, and Fashion. The show is scheduled for June 18-20 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The new Agents and Brand area will feature a Retail Lounge, a Brand Theater and the Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA) Global Licensing Hub. Other highlights include a new location for Disney Consumer Products in the Mandalay Bay ballrooms where it will host content reviews, meetings, as well as franchise and retail break-out sessions. And an increased show presence for Nickelodeon. The company plans to feature hits from its portfolio, including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer.
