Ganz Acquires Maggi-B Accessories

North Tonawanda, NY — Giftware company Ganz acquired Maggi-B, a Canadian-based designer and manufacturer of fabric bags and accessories. Maggi-B cofounders, Maggie Hillmer and Barbara Twaits, will join Ganz, and their company's production will be integrated into Ganz's network of manufacturers and suppliers. Maggi-B, a 26-year-old company, manufactures a variety of products, including travel bags, handbags, totes, and garment and cosmetic bags.
