Kleski, Entrepreneur of the Year

Cuyahoga Falls, OH — Katherine Kleski, owner of Katherine's Collection Inc., was honored as the 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Council of the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce. Founded in 1991, the company currently does more than $10 million in annual sales, and has more than 12,000 retail customers worldwide. Each year, Katherine's Collection designs over 1,500 new products across the collectibles, giftware, and decorative accessories categories. "I never imagined in my wildest dreams that the company would become so successful or that I would receive such recognition from my peers," said Kleski. Katherine's Collection maintains permanent showrooms in Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and the Cleveland area.
