Having separated from Hallmark Cards on August 1, 2002, the Greenwich Workshop Inc., Shelton, CT, a publisher of limited-edition fine art prints and canvases, was purchased by its management team of Mike Meskill and Scott Usher.

Stanley Papel Designs signed a licensing deal with Kaplan LP for the exclusive distribution of Greeting Socks and Name Origin Socks in the U.S.

Brother and sister Brandin and Tim Myers bought Webster Fine Art Ltd., Clemmons, NC, from John and Alison Stephenson. Webster will relocate to Chapel Hill, NC.

On the move: music maker Green Hill Productions relocated to 111 Westwood Place, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Umbra settled its patent infringement lawsuit against Eddie Bauer. The suit involved the patent for Umbra's Ante playing cards line. Bauer halted sales of its implicated products, and agreed to destroy all remaining inventory.

Woven accessory company Textillery Weavers will begin its first consumer advertising campaign with the October through December 2002 issues of Architectural Digest.

Following a one-year absence, Enesco Group Inc. signed a multi-year agreement to lease showroom space in AmericasMart Atlanta. Enesco will occupy a 7,300-square-foot showroom on the eighth floor of AmericasMart 2, the Gift Mart building.

Gift Box Corporation of America was made the packaging supplier for the PGA Tour. Gift Box will provide a full range of golf-themed packaging for promotional and retail purposes to pro shops throughout the United States.

Coastal artist Paul Brent joined Susan Winget and Warren Kimble as the third licensed artist to sign up for Whereoware's online licensing galleries, where retailers can find selections of the artists' licensed products.
