Umbra settled its patent infringement lawsuit against Eddie Bauer. The suit involved the patent for Umbra's Ante playing cards line. Bauer halted sales of its implicated products, and agreed to destroy all remaining inventory.
Woven accessory company Textillery Weavers will begin its first consumer advertising campaign with the October through December 2002 issues of Architectural Digest.
Following a one-year absence, Enesco Group Inc. signed a multi-year agreement to lease showroom space in AmericasMart Atlanta. Enesco will occupy a 7,300-square-foot showroom on the eighth floor of AmericasMart 2, the Gift Mart building.
Gift Box Corporation of America was made the packaging supplier for the PGA Tour. Gift Box will provide a full range of golf-themed packaging for promotional and retail purposes to pro shops throughout the United States.
