Paterson, NJ — Jim Day, former executive vice president of Caithness Glass Inc., and Ed Kitlas, owner of Spirec N.A. Inc., formed a partnership, MW Solutions, to provide consulting and warehousing services to foreign and domestic giftware and collectibles companies. In addition to his years at Caithness, Day worked for Kosta Boda USA and Royal Worcester Spode. Kitlas operated a warehouse facility and imported specialty items for 18 years. Their goal is to help start-ups and small, established companies expand in the U.S. market.
