Home decor company CBK Ltd. expanded its Chicago Merchandise Mart 15th-floor showroom by 2,000 square feet to a total of 5,000 square feet.
Oriental Accents Inc. signed a licensing deal with Susan Sargent to produce an 80-piece line of decorative accessories, which debuted at the October High Point market.

The Buyers Market of American Craft reports that its July market in Philadelphia posted sales of $9.4 million, the same level as July 2001 sales. Average exhibitor sales dropped slightly to $11,702.

Specialty retailer CBR Inc., St. Paul, MN, opened a new gift shop concept, called "toto" at Pittsburgh's airport. Toto carries an array of goods for the home, including lamps, vases, frames, candles, and personal care items.
