CBK Ltd. will double the area of its 4th floor World Trade Center showroom space at the Dallas Market Center to 5,580 square feet.

Ohio-based Manco Inc., manufacturers of Duck and Loctite lamination products, changed its name to Henkel Consumer Adhesives Inc.

Rep firm Net/30 Inc. and giftware company Katherine's Collection each signed lease renewals to retain their showrooms at the L.A. Mart. Net/30 Inc. will also become the exclusive L.A. Mart distributor of Lady Jayne Ltd. products.

Waterford Wedgwood bought Irish direct marketer Cash's & Shannon, which includes an American mailing list of one million names, for $21.9 million.

Gift and plush company Applause donated 500 child-size stuffed bears to the Arthritis Foundation to be used for plush therapy for young people with childhood rheumatic disease.

The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, TX, signed an agreement with CoasterStone of Hindostone Products Inc. to produce a series of wildflower art coasters featuring the artwork of Betty Spence.

Rep agency Gib Carson Associates expanded its 13th floor Atlanta Gift Mart showroom to 12,500 square feet. Along with its resort and apparel showroom, Carson now occupies 15,000 square feet in AmericasMart Atlanta.

Illustrator Debra Jordan Bryan signed a licensing agreement with stationery product manufacturer Martin Designs. DaySpring, manufacturers of gift and stationery products, will feature Bryan's artwork in a new line of products called Simple Faith.

Mara-Mi Inc., a Minneapolis-based creator and distributor of stationery and gift products, moved to a new 46,000-square-foot headquarters at 1515 Central Avenue NE.
