Papel, Van Group in Licensing Deal

Los Angeles — Papel Designs signed an exclusive licensing arrangement with Van Group, Ontario, CA, for the introduction of a range of expression and impulse products to be distributed in the U.S. The Papel Giftware trade name will be retired, and all new designs will be licensed under the Papel Designs trade name. Stanley Papel is president of Papel Designs; his daughter, Melissa, is director of product development. Van Group will announce marketing dates for the Papel Designs program in the near future.
