Willits Acquires Dreamsicles Line

Petaluma, CA — Willits Designs acquired the Dreamsicles product line, previously marketed by Cast Art Industries. At the same time, Willits signed a multiyear licensing agreement with Dreamsicles creator, Kristin Haynes, who debuted the line in 1991. Willits obtains worldwide rights to all Dreamsicles product formats for all retail distribution, and the company will introduce new Dreamsicles products in the second half of 2003. "Dreamsicles represents a wonderful opportunity for Willits Designs," noted company CEO Joe Walsmith.
