Home Interiors Buys Boehm Studio

Trenton, NJ — Boehm Porcelain Studio, designer and manufacturer of nature scene sculptures, was purchased by Dallas-based manufacturer and direct seller Home Interiors & Gifts. Founded in 1950 by sculptor Edward Marshall Boehm and his wife, Helen, the artisan porcelain studio has galleries in Trenton, Dallas, and West Palm Beach, FL. Richard Vassil will remain the company's COO, while the Boehm gallery and studio staffs will be retained. Helen Boehm will stay on as a consultant. The studio will operate under the name EM Boehm Inc., a subsidiary of Home Interiors & Gifts.
