Keiser Heads OneCoast Midwest

Chicago — Sales rep organization OneCoast Network named John Keiser regional vice president for the company's Midwest region, taking charge of the Ivan Bloom and Associates (IBA) agency. Keiser's appointment coincides with the retirement of IBA founder Ivan Bloom, who started the agency in 1976. Bloom will remain as a OneCoast consultant through the end of 2003. Keiser has held several high-level management positions, including senior vice president of sales at Enesco, where he helped develop the Milieu home decor line.
