Las Vegas Market Sets Dates

Las Vegas — The advisory board of the World Market Center, the 57-acre home furnishings complex currently under construction in Las Vegas, set its first market date for July 18–22, 2005. The date change was made to meet construction requirements. "Our debut market is critical," said general manager Dave Palmer. "The move to summer market dates provides each tenant with the opportunity to plan, design, and execute their showrooms to their desired specifications." Phase one of the new facility is fully leased, with 228 permanent showroom tenants signed up for the debut market.
