Seymour Mann Passes Away

New York — Seymour Mann, founder of his eponymous giftware and home accents company, passed away February 11, 2004. He founded his first venture in 1946. In the early '80s, Seymour Mann Inc. introduced the Connoisseur Doll Collection, with many of the dolls designed by Seymour's wife, Eda. He is survived by his wife, daughters Suzanna Daou, Erica Jong, and Claudia Oberwegger; sons-in-law Kenneth Burrows and Gideon Oberwegger; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
