Sadek Automates With SSI Software

Charles Sadek Import Co., New Rochelle, NY, selected software from Showroom Solutions Inc. (SSI), Lakewood, CO, to standardize its sales force automation and data integration between its rep agencies and showrooms. Sadek has been using SSI products in the New York showroom and corporate headquarters, as well as operating two competing systems side-by-side over the past six months. "We chose SSI for a number of reasons," said Sadek director of sales Adam Schrier. "Their back-office integration was the best and most reliable of the systems we tested." Among the SSI software that Sadek uses is PocketElite PC solution, which operates on pocket PC devices. Sadek has SSI-enabled agencies in Bedford, MA, and Los Angeles, and is opening showrooms in High Point and Atlanta.
