Catalog company Ideation Inc. relocated offices to a 10,800-square-foot space at 2910 Huron Pkwy., Ann Arbor, MI. The facility will house the company's marketing, sales, finance, and administration departments, and a new showroom.

Enesco Group Inc., Itasca, IL, purchased Irvine, CA-based Gregg Gift Co., a supplier of giftware to the inspirational marketplace. Enesco paid $7.3 million for Gregg Gift, which generated sales of $11 million in 2003. Gregg Gift will remain in California, as a subsidiary of Enesco.

Home decor wholesaler CBK opened a 5,200-square-foot showroom in the International Home Furnishings Center (IHFC), High Point, NC. The showroom (#W168) has its own street entrance on South Wrenn Street, making it the only IHFC showroom with private access.

Mary Engelbreit Studios, St. Louis, signed licensing agreements with Casa D'Oro for jewelry; DMD Industries Inc. for gift bags and stickers; and Giftco Inc. for fundraising catalogs.

Gift and garden resource Figi, San Diego, appointed Janis Deady vice president of national accounts, Debbie Galante director of sales for the West Coast, and Lynne Bellano director of sales for the East Coast.

Partygoods resource Amscan, Elmsford, NY, promoted Craig Leaf to vice president of marketing, and appointed Barry Morin vice president of licensing and business development.

Crabtree & Evelyn, Woodstock, CT, licensed Springs Industries, Ft. Mill, SC, to design a new collection of bedding and bath products called Crabtree & Evelyn by Wamsutta.

Tinwood Ventures, Atlanta, licensed Kathy Ireland Worldwide, Los Angeles, to produce a line of home products based on the museum exhibition and books called The Quilts of Gee's Island.

The L.A. Mart promoted Frank Joens to director of leasing. Joens was previously director of marketing for the Mart.
