ITC Hosts Second Annual Halloween Show
Staff -- Gifts & Decorative Accessories, 10/1/2000
The International Toy Center (ITC) will host its second annual Halloween show, December 4-8, at its showrooms at 200 Fifth Avenue and 1107 Broadway in New York. The Halloween show was launched last year to formalize the Halloween selling period. Said Thomas Arbuckle, vice president and managing director of ITC, "As Halloween becomes bigger and bigger in terms of retail sales, we feel this is a great way for buyers and our tenants who are dedicated to this part of the market to conduct business." A 50 percent increase in exhibitors is anticipated for this year's show, which offers more than a million square feet of showroom space, and buyer attendance is expected to rise, as ITC has sent mailings to more than 10,000 buyers from around the world. There will be an industry cocktail reception on December 6. Exhibit space is also available to outside (non-tenant) Halloween products companies.
