VNU to Dissolve Miller Freeman

New York-Dutch publisher VNU will dissolve Miller Freeman USA and roll it into Bill Communications, a VNU division, according to a report in Folio: First Day . Among Miller Freeman properties are publications and trade shows in the gift and merchandise categories. VNU purchased Miller Freeman USA from United News & Media, last July, for $650 million. In the consolidation move, Miller Freeman's San Francisco headquarters will be closed. Bill Communications is based in New York.
