KJS Canada Inc.
acquired the operations of OPICE Inc.
and International Candle Enterprises Inc., Port Perry, ON. KJS also owns Style and Paper Inc., a Montreal-based supplier of fine stationery and gift items. KJS will set up a new company, Style & Candles Enterprises Inc., to promote ICE brand candles.
- The Department of Commerce recalculated the anti-dumping duty on Chinese petroleum-based candles from 95.95 percent to 108.3 percent, according to the National Candle Association.
