Jim Madonna Named Gund Pres.

Edison, NJ — Plush manufacturer Gund appointed Jim Madonna president. He is the first non-family member to take the reins of the 106-year-old company, founded by the Raiffe family. Former president Bruce Raiffe will become the company's chairman and chief executive. "Jim and I have worked closely for the past eight years, and I am confident that Gund will flourish under his leadership," said Raiffe, a fourth generation family member. Madonna served as Gund's s.v.p. of sales for the last three years.
