Francis Chen Honors Chinese Porcelain

San Francisco — Francis Chen, founder of the Franz Collection, will lead a group of porcelain manufacturers from all over the world to celebrate the one thousandth anniversary of the Chinese porcelain-manufacturing city of Jingdezhen. Several events will be held to mark the "Millennium Celebration of Jingdezhen," October 12–18. "I believe this gathering is a great way to bring together porcelain lovers from all over the world to share experiences and stories that help keep this great tradition alive," said Chen, who is also chairman of the Jingdezehn Heng-Bo Ceramic Exhibition Ltd.
