Charles Sadek Merges Divisions

New Rochelle, NY — Charles Sadek Import Co. merged its Andrea by Sadek and J. Willfred divisions into a single entity for ordering, warehousing, shipping, and invoicing. Each division will retain its name and specialized product. "What this means for the retailer," said Adam Schrier, director of sales and marketing, "is that our company's entire product line is now available with one order, one set of minimums, from one shipping warehouse."
