Lifestyle design company Karen Neuburger, San Rafael, CA, promoted Michael Zwerin to v.p. of business development.

Collectibles company The Boyds Collection secured $65 million to refinance its existing credit facility. Farallon Capital Management and Canyon Capital Advisors provided the cash.

National sales rep group OneCoast donated more than $16,000 to the U.S. Fund for Unicef to support tsunami relief. The funds were collected by employees and matched by OneCoast's primary owners, Eyk and Rose-Marie Van Otterloo.

David Nicklin was named chief marketing officer at Enesco. He heads a restructured team that incurred a $500,000 one-time cost, but will result in $2.3 million in annual savings. Most job attrition was in the Chicagoland area.

Showroom building 230 Fifth Ave. welcomed new tenants Betty Lee and Associates; Gloria Shavel Co.; and DCI, Decor Craft Inc. All wholesalers relocated from 225 Fifth Avenue, which is in the process of closing.
