Paper House Recapitalizes

Staff -- Gifts & Decorative Accessories, 11/1/2000

Woodstock, NY -Paper House, designer and publisher of greeting cards, stationery, and gift items, announced that it has partnered with an investor group led by Hoffman and Company, a private New York-based investment firm, to position the business for internal growth and outside acquisitions. Under the new ownership structure, Jeff Milstein, Paper House's founder, will hold the title of creative director and retain an investment in the company. David G. Hoffman will be the chairman of the new company, and Donald Guidi, formerly a senior manager at H. George Caspari Inc., will be president.
