DaySpring, iBelieve Form Online Alliance

Grand Rapids, MI-Christian lifestyle Web site iBelieve.com formed a strategic alliance with DaySpring Cards, a Siloam Springs, AR-based subsidiary of Hallmark Cards Inc., to jointly market cards, gifts, e-cards, and other online personal expression products. Under terms of the joint marketing and e-commerce agreement, iBelieve will feature DaySpring's products on its Web site, and DaySpring will contribute content and articles, as well as its proprietary technology engine for e-cards and other interactive elements, to the site. As part of the agreement, Hallmark has agreed to take a minority stake in iBelieve.com.
