Burnes of Boston Acquires Panodia

North Smithfield, RI-Burnes of Boston, designer, marketer, and manufacturer of ready-made picture frames, albums, and photo storage products, acquired Panodia, a European manufacturer of upscale photo albums and presentation materials. The Panodia lines include book-bound albums as well as ring-bound formats that allow albums to lay flat. Suggested retail prices range from $15 to $50. Burnes of Boston, which markets the Burnes, Carr, RareWoods, Terragrafics, and Panodia brands, has showrooms in Rhode Island, New York, Atlanta, and Dallas. The company is a division of Newell Rubbermaid.
