Ziggy to Begin Nationwide Campaign

Kansas City, MO-Andrews McMeel Universal (AMU) Licensing, which was recently named exclusive licensing agent for the classic comic strip character Ziggy, announced that it will launch an aggressive national marketing campaign for Ziggy products and promotions. Ziggy was created by Tom Wilson in 1971. For the past 15 years, Tom Wilson II has drawn and authored Ziggy in comic strips and books, along with his father's creative influence. AMU Licensing is the exclusive agent for many of the cartoon and feature properties syndicated through Universal Press Syndicate.
