GLM, WEI Purchase New Age Trade Shows

George Little Management Inc. (GLM), White Plains, NY, and Western Exhibitors Inc. (WEI), San Francisco, jointly acquired the International New Age Trade Shows (INATS) from KJ Expositions. The new venture, entitled INATS LLC, will oversee marketing, sales, management, and operations for the two annual INATS events, which feature a wide range of New Age books, videotapes, and CDs; aromatherapy, health and wellness products; jewelry, and personal care products. Susie Hare, owner of KJ Expositions, will oversee management of the first annual INATS East, January 6-8, in Orlando, FL. INATS LLC will assume day-to-day responsibilities for both INATS events beginning with the sixth annual INATS West, June 23-25, at the Denver Merchandise Mart. The two shows together showcase 500 exhibitors in more than 57,000 square feet of exhibit space, and attract approximately 2,700 attendees annually. Andrew Toparski of WEI will be show manager for both events. Aubin Wilson will serve as GLM liaison.
