Syratech Names Co-CEOs

E. Boston, MA —After successfully emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the Syratech Corp. promoted Gregory W. Hunt, the company's e.v.p. and chief financial officer, and Alan Kanter, e.v.p. of sales and marketing, to co-chief executive officers. Hunt, a Syratech officer since 2001, has an extensive background in corporate restructuring and strategic business plan development. Kanter has been with Syratech since it was formed in 1986 in a variety of sales positions. Syratech brands include Towle, Wallace, and International Silver; Vera Wang, Rochard, and Melannco.
