Licensor Chorion Buys Silver Lining

London, England — Chorion, an owner of classic literary brands and content, acquired New York-based Silver Lining Productions Ltd., licensors of such properties as Olivia, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Max & Ruby, and Princess Smartypants. Chorion's properties include Noddy and Mr. Men. Silver Lining founders Amory Millard and Diana Mason will join Chorion's senior management team.
