Show Highlights: In honor of the 75th anniversary of the NYIGF, George Little Management will present a special certificate to recognize 75 exhibitors who have participated in the Fair for 25 years or more. There will also be a special Diamond Anniversary sweepstakes for attendees to participate in. New to the show will be “Details,” an exhibit section featuring upscale personal accessories exhibitors, and to mark its debut, look for a special runway-themed display in the Crystal Palace Lobby showing the latest fashion accessories. “Extracts” returns to Penn Plaza Pavilion with “new discoveries to find in beauty and wellness.”

  • Snapshot of New York Retail Tour. Saturday, January 28. Noon–4 p.m. Buses depart for this guided tour from just South of the Route 1 shuttle bus area. Includes lunch. $40 advance/$50 on site.
  • On the Town: Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola. Saturday, January 28, 7:30–8:30 p.m. This New York City hot spot overlooking Columbus Circle features top jazz artists. $30, includes transportation; an additional $10 minimum is required at the club for food and beverage.
  • Celebrate NYIGF's 75th Anniversary. Sunday, January 29. 8:30–9:30 a.m. Complimentary treats at the Crystal Palace and the Piers
  • Runway Fashion Shows. Sunday, January 29. 8:30 a.m., 11 .a.m, and 1 p.m. NW Quad, Crystal Palace. Features new and exciting fashions and fashion accessories from exhibitors in the Personal Accessories and new Details sections of the show.
  • Housewares Design Awards Luncheon. Tuesday, January 31. 11:30–2 p.m. Marriott Marquis. Keynote Speaker: Karim Rashid. Recognizes excellence in 12 categories of housewares design. Presented by HomeWorld Business with support of the International Housewares Association (IHA), and sponsored by George Little Management, Amazon.com, Bridal Guide, and Dupont Teflon Housewares Group. $75, including three-course lunch. Two full days of programs offering 28 sessions are scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, February 11–12. Registered Toy Fair attendees can take part in their choice of programs for a fee of $325; attend one, attend several, all for the one price. All seminars take place at the Javits Center.
