Speaking Out on Rauch v. Radko[Editor's note: In May, holiday decor vendor Rauch Industries filed a $60 million lawsuit against designer Christopher Radko alleging breach of contract and fiduciary duty. Radko has contested the charges in federal court, and the two parties have spent several months in pre-trial dispute. Giftsanddec.com has followed the developments in the case.]
To the editor:
As a Radko retailer, I was going to remain silent, but this has gone so far there's no need to now. There is probably only one word for all of this — pitiful — but I will just add that no matter the outcome, the name Radko and the line has been ruined, and so has our business and the jobs of many.
