Klutz Sponsors PBS Program

Klutz, the Palo Alto, CA-based producer of how-to books, kits in buckets, and guides for kids, is one of two national corporate sponsors for a new block of Saturday morning cartoons airing on PBS. Called The Bookworm Bunch, the programming consists of six half-hour programs based on children's books. "Here at Klutz we're insufferably proud of our first foray into television," said Klutz president John Cassidy. "PBS is exactly where we want to be, and the Bookworm Bunch is exactly our kind of gang. We look forward with eagerness to our upcoming career as big television stars, and many of us area already talking to press agents and personal security people."
