Current to Acquire Lillian Vernon

Colorado Springs, CO — Current USA Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor Corp., reached an agreement to acquire Lillian Vernon Corp. of Virginia Beach, VA. Lillian Vernon, a catalog and online retailer that markets gifts, household, children's and fashion accessory products, declared bankruptcy in February.


Current , a stationery, home decor, personalized gifts, accessories and everyday celebration catalog, plans to continue operations in the Lillian Vernon facility in Virginia Beach. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed April 10.
