Gourmet vinegars created by chef Alan Coxon are made with flavors inspired by ancient cultures. Ale-Gar is a Medieval influenced vinegar featuring hints of chocolate, cinnamon and roasted malt. The Ancient Greek Vinaigre has a light floral flavor and makes a good alternative to rice vinegar. The Roman Vinaigre is infused with a fruity black pepper and chamomile.
