THT On the Block

La Vista, NE — Rustic gift and home décor vendor THT Designs Inc., also known as Tender Heart Treasures, is exploring the potential sale of substantially all its assets. The company is in negotiations with an unrelated third party to sell its 300,000 square foot corporate office and warehouse facility, which would require THT to vacate its facilities by January 1, 2009. Given the timing, THT chose to explore possible interest by outside parties in purchasing its assets by year end.
