NEPTS Names Award Winners

Portland, ME. — The New England Products Trade Show (NEPTS) recently released the names of the winners of the 2009 Best New Product and Best Booth awards. Honorees were recognized at the 25th Anniversary New England Products Trade Show, Portland, ME, earlier this spring.

Best New Product Giftware winners: The Maine Float-Rope Co., Waldoboro, ME, for its Down East Doormat; Artful Wares, Portland, ME, for it Lobster Shell Café Table and Olde Town Metalworks, Limerick, ME, for its Stainless Steel Moose Kabob.

Best New Product Specialty Food winners: Pickles-N-Things, LLC, Auburn, ME, for its Maine Cidah Sauce; Bar Harbor Jam Company, Bar Harbor, ME, for Wild Blueberry Pepper Jelly; DennyMike’s Cue Stuff, York, ME, for Hot ‘N Nasty Bah Bque Sauce; and Spelt Right, Yarmouth, ME, for Spelt Right Bagels.

Best Booth awards went to: Maine Mountain Soap & Candle, Greenville, ME; The Vermont Maple Granola Company, Manchester Center, VT; McIntosh Farm Apple Products, Madison, ME; and Barkwheats Dog Biscuits, Stockton Springs, ME.
