Judith Auerbach-Adamo was named vice president of sales for Vance Kitira Intl., Little Falls, NJ, manufacturer of candles, candle accessories, garden furniture, and textiles. She will be responsible for managing the company's sales force and overseeing key accounts. Most recently, Auerbach-Adamo was vice president of sales for Remington Freeman Ltd., a sales agency in New York.

Enesco Group Inc., Itasca, IL, manufacturer and distributor of branded gifts, collectibles, and decorative accents, appointed M. Frances Durden, formerly corporate counsel for the company, to the position of vice president, secretary, clerk, and general counsel for Enesco. She replaces Robert Hipple, who is relocating to New York. Durden's responsibilities include corporate governance and management of Enesco's outside legal counsel. Prior to joining Enesco in 1999, she served as general counsel at Michael Anthony Jewelers Inc. In other related company announcements, H.L. Tower stepped down from the board of directors of Enesco. He was a member of the board since 1978, and served as Enesco's CEO from 1978 to 1990, and interim CEO since 1998. Tower's departure leaves a vacancy on the board. LeeAnn Schumacher was named to the newly created position of vice president of business management for the company's home division. She will help create a business model for the division, and will assist in the management of SKU and inventory analysis. Prior to joining Enesco, Schumacher served as vice president of manufacturing and product development for JH Concepts Inc.

Ebizmix.com, a b-to-b online marketplace for gift retailers, added two new members to its management team. John Pendergast was named chief financial officer. He comes to Ebizmix from the eFunds Corp., where he was also CFO. Doug Worley was named chief technology officer. He will be responsible for all technology and information system strategies, implementation, and infrastructure decisions. Prior to joining Ebizmix, Worley was chief information officer for Cyberswap Inc. Ebizmix is headquartered in Kansas City, MO.

Austrian trade fair organizer Reed Messe Salzburg appointed Berhard Toller to the newly created position of sales manager. He will oversee development, realization, and screening of all distribution and sales activities for the company. Toller worked most recently for BMW Austria.
