New Showrooms, Lines in New York Showroom Buildings

New Showrooms and Lines at 230 Fifth
New York – For its NY Gift Show, the 230 Fifth Avenue New York MarketCenter is adding new showrooms and new lines. Abrahami Rugs & Décor Inc. is debuting its new showroom in suite 906.CGG Home Fashions, suite 1609, is introducing a new line of products made from bamboo, including a sheet set, quilted coverlet with shams and blanket. Dea at Abode Fine Home, suite 1905, will be introducing two new bedding collections: Diamante and Gianna. Diamante is a 1,000 thread count sateen and Gianna is a 700 thread count sheet set. Emson, suite 800, will introduced The Sharper Image Stainless Steel 700 watt Super Juicer. Greenland Home Fashions, suite 816, is adding two new embroidering collections: Guinevere and Maven. Hamburg House at Fiori Home Collections, suite 1218, will introduce embroidered bed linens and towels. Home Source International, suite 1910, will introduce the Tradition and Bamboo collections. Tradition is a vintage style bedding collections. The Bamboo Collection is a bedding collection made from bamboo. Libra Inc., suite 515, is offering its new Kitchen Classics Ovenware and Kitchen Storage products. Ocean Exim, suite 616, is going to introduce a selection of decorative pillows, bedding, table linens and kitchen linens. Park B. Smith, suite 1305, will introduce new tote bags that are fully lined and with leather handles. The Strauss Inc. will open a new showroom in suite 1509. The company is offering stationery, framed art, picture frames and photo albums.

The 230 Fifth Avenue New York MarketCenter NY Gift Show is scheduled for August, 16-20.

Creative Bath Expands at 7W New York
New York – Creative Bath Products is moving to a larger showroom at 7W New York. The new space, which is nearly 10,000 sq. ft.,  is located on the building’s 10th floor, just off the elevator.  The company is planning two grand opening events, one in August during the 2009 Gift & Home Textiles Market Week®  and the other in September during the Home Fashions Market, to celebrate the new space, suite 1000.

Bob Weiss, vp of sales & marketing for Creative Bath saud, “Although the economic climate is still challenging, we feel the time is right to invest in more space that will allow us to showcase all product categories under the Creative Bath Products Inc. umbrella of product classifications. We chose to extend our lease at 7 W New York because the quality of market events parallel the diverse classifications our company has decided to develop and market.”

In addition to its noted offering for the stylish bath, the company is expanding into the outdoor tablecloth market and will feature several vignettes including a bathroom, backyard/picnic area, college dorm room/home office environment.

Creative Gifts Intl. Takes New NY Showroom
Additional room needed to showcase MoMo Panache and RCR Crystal
Canton, MA — Creative Gifts International, an importer and distributor of fine giftware, moved to a larger showroom space in 7 W New York, the gift permanent showroom building at 7 W. 34th St. in New York City. Creative Gifts International  markets its own products under the Sheridan and Taunton brands and it distributes RCR Crystal in the United States for the Italian crystal and glass manufacturer.Tabletop and giftware company, MoMo Panache, recently merged with Creative Gifts, thus precipitating the need for additional exhibit space. The new showroom, which is nearly double the company’s former space, is located in suite 935 on the 9th floor.

L’Objet Takes Permanent Showroom Space in 41 Madison
New York — Luxury gift and tableware company, L’Objet is opeing a permanent showroom on the 16th floor of Forty One Madison, The New York Merchandise Mart. The five-year-old company is known for its pieces handmade by mastercraftsmen and their use of precious metals, Swarovksi crystals and fine porcelain to craft the luxury tableop, gifts and accessories.

In choosing to open a permanent showroom as his company continues to expand, founder and creative director Elad Yifrach said: “We feel this is the right time and Forty One Madison is the right place for us to open our first showroom. We believe 41 Madison will facilitate in our growth and branding of L’Objet.”
